wedding packages ~ (only a limited number of weddings are taken on each year, please get in touch for a bespoke collection of memories of your day)
Half-day / Up to 5hrs coverage ~ $1,500
This pricing includes;
You'll have me as your personal paparazzi for up to 5 hours - enough time to cover the main events of the day: some of the getting ready, either the ride to the venue or the arrivals of the guests, the ceremony, a quick whisk away for some on-location portraits of you two lovebirds, as well as the beginning of the reception (if held not too far after the ceremony and portraits). These 5 hours however will be completely tailored to your priorities and plans.
Almost perfect, but wishing for one extra hour? You can also add on any additional time at $200/hour.
Full-day / Up to 9hrs coverage ~ $2,200
This pricing includes;
You'll have me all to yourselves on your special day for up to 9 hours - there to capture the whole shebang and to document all those finer details you've spent months planning. From the getting ready, the ride to the venue or the venue with the guest arrivals, the ceremony, on location portraits of you the newlyweds, some family portraits, the reception - drinks, dinner, dancing and everything in between, nothing missed!
Having a festival wedding? No worries, you can also add on any additional time at $200/hour.
I like to capture life with honesty, emotion and in a documentary style - candid and fluid, some say cinematic. Others say real and timeless. I will professionally edit and retouch each image with an artistic eye but remain true to your day and the style of your wedding.
For me, photography is about storytelling, bringing to life each feeling, personality, and moment to the forefront of a still image - letting the memory be re-visited over and over and live forever. I must admit I do love the moody, darker side too, so you won't be receiving just the bright and light images but also the sentimental and artful as well.
prints & albums...
I offer printing and custom designed wedding albums through my fine art printers in Melbourne. I have tried and tested their museum grade fine art paper stock (cotton rag) printed with archival inks and they are not only stunning and accurate but aim to last a lifetime.
The albums are flush bound so images display smoothly across the pages without any distractions. Each album is fully customisable with text, fonts, materials and is curated by me with your preferences, and run by you for feedback and approval.
Prints of your favourite images can be ordered from me after the wedding, also printed with this stock and archival inks. I offer all printing sizes, so get in touch and we can discuss options.
Please note, you can order prints and albums after your wedding, but if you order and pay before your wedding (added to your order total) you'll receive a discount when bundled with your wedding package. If ordered after the wedding, it'll be a little more expensive, to cover my costs with the printer - but always worth the investment if you're planning to print your wedding day!
elopements | engagements | couples
I love to capture love, the intimacy, the unique tie that binds - each couple with their own story, their own passion.
Please drop me a line if you wish to have me document your elopement, arrange an engagement shoot, or simply have your love story told - for no other reason but the love you share and wish to archive forevermore.
a little bit nostalgic and a little bit more magic to add to your day...
I'm super excited to be able to offer a unique 'extra' (package add-on) that not many wedding photographers offer, and that is to candidly capture some special in-between moments of your day on film! I grew up with film, my father a film photographer processing images in our dark room at home, and I've been in love with it's old school romance ever since. To me it's a timeless art form, very unique in style and even more valuable today than when it was cutting-edge. Film photographs can add that soft romance to the documentation of your day, and some of those candid family and romantic moments on film, may indeed end up being your favourite.
How does it work? I will add to my kit for the day my trusty film camera, and pull it out during those quieter moments (getting ready, connecting with each other in between ceremony and reception, moments at the reception and so on). I may even find the perfect opportunity to snap some gold in those bigger moments on the day, but in general I like to keep the film for those intimate, private, candid opportunities. I will send away the rolls for processing, which come back to me in both physical negatives and digital. I will retouch and edit the digital negatives and those will be the files you receive, which you can print out and do what you like with - just like the digital photography of your day.
*Please keep in mind, the result of film photography is a little bit of a mystery, which is part of it's appeal! I cannot guarantee or completely predict the outcome of the shots taken, but I will ensure everything is covered on my digital kit, so these film snaps are just a little bit of magic to add on top of your usual package - (you will see what I mean by 'magic' when you compare the two types of imagery from your day. Think about your parents and grandparents old wedding photographs!)
What does it cost? I will include the film quote within your package depending on how many rolls of film I think you will require after consultation with you about your wishes. I don't charge anything more in fees, it's simply a cost to cover the film and the processing, which usually isn't too high. Please get in touch for more details.
*Individual wedding galleries coming soon.
